Shipping & Handling Information
Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed below. Orders are properly completed after credit card authorizations are obtained and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, FrangibleAmmo.com reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed shall be cancelled and customer will be notified.
Refunds on Shipping Charges
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order or you receive a damaged product, we will refund shipping charges. For shipping charge refunds without a receipt, you must provide the original order number.
Continental U.S. Ground Shipping Only - No overnight shipping available.
All shipments will be sent to legitimate destinations (No PO boxes) in the continental US with the following known exceptions: Alaska, District of Columbia (DC), Hawaii, Illinios,Massachusetts, and New York City. This list is not meant to be all inclusive and it is the responsiblity of the buyer to know the laws and regulations governing the sale of bullets or ammunition in his/her particular muncipality/state.
When Will I Receive My Order?
We process orders within 2 to 3 business days. You should receive your order 5-10 business days after you place it unless you are notified otherwise.We do not maintain a back order system. Please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

FrangibleAmmo.com reserves the right to cancel orders containing information that cannot be verified.
FrangibleAmmo.com does not accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States and does not ship outside the continental U.S.
